About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Controller to join our team at Nedschroef. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring the Sales Budget and Forecast, preparing market analysis and strategic sales plans, and preparing input for the monthly financial reporting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales strategies and plans
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales and market data is accurately reflected in financial reports
  • Monitor and analyze sales funnel metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support account management teams with sales input and strategy development
  • Develop and maintain ad-hoc analysis and margin analyses to inform business decisions

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools, Microsoft Office (Excel), and data analytics
  • Action-oriented and result-driven mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong personality with ability to influence and drive results
  • Fluent in English, with any other European language a plus
