About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Shipbuilding Planner to join our team at Damen Shipyards. As a key member of our technical documentation department, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring all our projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create baseline planning for all project activities, working closely with project management and technical documentalists.
  • Develop integrated project plans and logistic schedules, analyzing and identifying bottlenecks to propose improvements.
  • Maintain and analyze operational planning, providing progress status overviews and preparing hour forecast information.
  • Prepare project information for multi-projects planning, analyzing and planning workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow.
Requirements
  • Experience with planning tools and a strong administrative background.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a good understanding of the English language.
  • Able to work independently, proactively seeking information and developing knowledge of ship components and shipbuilding techniques.
