Procurement Specialist

As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best innovations and supply at the right price.
Key Responsibilities- Source and coordinate the production for our Body & Beauty categories, including Shower Foams, Body Creams, Fragrances, Skincare, and colour cosmetics.
- Work closely with our Innovation, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to secure our yearly Innovation Calendar.
- Manage commercial agreements with suppliers, negotiate new and existing products and components at the right commercial conditions, and ensure compliance with Rituals' sourcing principles.
- Actively contribute to building and managing successful long-term partnerships with suppliers.
- Manage all administrative activities for your products, initiate and execute saving initiatives, and work closely with Innovation, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure on-time product launch and customer satisfaction.
- Higher professional or university level in the field of purchasing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably in procurement of cosmetics ingredients, contract manufacturing, or packaging.
- Affinity with cosmetics and strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong personality with excellent management and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
