About this OpportunityAs a Spanish Language Manager at Just Eat Takeaway, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and refining Spanish content to connect with diverse audiences across various channels. Your primary objective will be to create and improve Spanish texts, ensuring seamless communication with our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create source content from scratch in both English and Spanish for relevant local campaigns
- Transcreate high-profile marketing projects to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy
- Translate BAU projects with precision and attention to detail
- Proofread, review, and edit copy delivered by external agencies to maintain quality standards
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to define tone and style for the Spanish language
- Align with country-specific teams across the business on projects and campaigns
- Maintain language-related documents such as the Spanish brand voice, glossaries, and style guides
- Collect and analyze insights to drive quality improvement and mentor internal and external writers to ensure they have the tools to produce excellent Spanish copy
What We're Looking For
- Multiple years of experience writing, reviewing, and proofreading in both Spanish and English
- Strong affinity for brand copywriting and a native speaker of Spanish with fluent proficiency in English
- Broad experience with CAT tools and TMS, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage internal and external relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
