Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Host. As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and stewarding team to ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with food preparation and dishwashing as needed.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure that the restaurant and bar areas are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
