Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and stewarding team to ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and to the highest standard.
- Handle cash, credit card, and room charge payments, and close the cashier at the end of each shift.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and colleagues.
- Develop awareness and reputation of voco The Hague, Ultramarijn, and Botanica in the local community.
- Promote teamwork and lifestyle service through daily communication and coordination with other teams.
- Passion for hospitality and a natural drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience in a F&B operations role within a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch.
