Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Trainee to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel The Hague. As a Trainee F&B, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Welcome and greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including drinks, snacks, and meals.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a hotel management or hospitality program.
- Language: Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
- Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
