Your Role

As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in Botanica and Ultramarijn. This includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. You will work closely with our mixologists, chefs, and baristas to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests in Botanica and Ultramarijn
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks with a smile
  • Work closely with our mixologists, chefs, and baristas to deliver a seamless experience
  • Ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Handle cash, credit card, and room charge payments
  • Close the cashier at the end of your shift
  • Help create a safe environment for guests and colleagues
  • Meet local cleanliness and hygiene laws
  • Assist the kitchen and stewarding in food preparation and dishwashing
  • Give guests an unforgettable experience by helping with queries and advice
  • Enhance the culinary experience of our guests through suggestive sales
