Food and Beverage Service Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Expert at voco The Hague. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Service: Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the restaurant and bar areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work Collaboratively with the Team: Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and supportive team culture.
- Upsell and Promote: Offer suggestions and recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience and increase sales.
- Adhere to Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of food and beverage service.
- Participate in Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Proficiency in Dutch is also desirable.
