Key Responsibilities
- Host and Serve Guests: Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
- Provide Excellent Service: Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their experience is exceptional and memorable.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the restaurant and bar areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Handle Cash and Credit Transactions: Process payments, handle cash, and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Develop a Proactive Attitude: Anticipate and address guest needs, suggesting menu items and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Meet Local Laws and Regulations: Familiarize yourself with local laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of food and beverage service.
- Assist with Food Preparation and Dishwashing: Assist the kitchen and stewarding team with food preparation and dishwashing as needed.
- Enhance the Culinary Experience: Suggest menu items, make recommendations, and provide exceptional service to enhance the culinary experience of our guests.

Requirements
- Passion for Hospitality: Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in F&B Operations: Possess experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Pro-Active Attitude and Eye for Detail: Display a proactive attitude and an eye for detail, with a natural drive for continuous improvement.
