Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Trainee to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel The Hague. As a Trainee F&B, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Welcome and greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including drinks and snacks, to guests in the restaurant, coffee & wine lounge, and room service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, including peak periods and special events.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a hotel management or hospitality program.
- Language: Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of the local language.
- Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
