Step into a beautifully transformed former bank building, now home to 204 elegantly designed rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Within voco The Hague, you will discover the vibrant restaurant Botanica and the stylish cocktail bar Ultramarijn, where your journey begins.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to guests at Botanica and Ultramarijn, personalizing each interaction.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all service equipment.
- Manage cash and payment transactions accurately, closing the register at the end of your shift.
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards.
- Maintain a proactive approach to enhancing guest experiences.
- Comply with local cleanliness and hygiene regulations, ensuring a pristine workspace.
- Assist in food preparation and dishwashing as needed.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests about our offerings and local attractions.
- Enhance guests' culinary experiences through suggestive selling techniques.
- Exhibit pride and enthusiasm for the voco™ brand, inspiring others to create memorable guest experiences.
- Build community awareness and reputation for voco The Hague, Botanica, and Ultramarijn.
- Foster teamwork through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
- Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for hospitality.
- Experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Outgoing personality with a dedication to service excellence, consistently meeting voco™ standards.
- A collaborative team player with a flexible approach to diverse tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a plus.
