About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building dashboards that provide insights and support decision-making in performance management. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and communication will enable you to work closely with business stakeholders to identify their functional data needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and build dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to visualize and communicate complex data insights* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements* Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns* Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data and analytics into business processes
Requirements
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence* Extensive experience in building BI solutions with Microsoft Power BI* Fluent in DAX and proficient in SQL* Experience working in an Agile DevOps team* Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts, such as ETL/ELT and star schemas* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Dutch and English* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of €47,444 - €65,820 per month (Schaal 12), depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
