Job Summary:

The Customer Service Medewerker will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service & Repair department, including maintaining accurate records, processing service orders, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Service & Repair department, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Assist customers with inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, service agreements, and other relevant documents
  • Process service orders, verify information, and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to resolve customer issues
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and resolve any payment discrepancies
Requirements:
  • MBO diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and under pressure
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
