Job Summary:The Customer Service Medewerker will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service & Repair department, including maintaining accurate records, processing service orders, and communicating with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Service & Repair department, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
- Assist customers with inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, service agreements, and other relevant documents
- Process service orders, verify information, and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to resolve customer issues
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and resolve any payment discrepancies
- MBO diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and under pressure
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
