A conventional position? That's not how we operate at Samskip.
In essence, you will handle incoming invoices and accurately record them in our systems. You will verify all invoices, categorize them appropriately, and ensure their correct registration. This includes reconciling monthly statements and transactions. Additionally, you will maintain communication with our suppliers regarding invoicing matters.
Your contributions will also extend to:
Reviewing and inputting invoices. Collaborating with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies. Enhancing the existing systems for optimal efficiency. Generating management reports. Processing intercompany supplier summaries and addressing any inconsistencies. Assisting with periodic financial closings.An international role from our Rotterdam hub.
