In essence, you will be responsible for managing incoming invoices and entering them into our financial system. You will verify all invoices, categorize them appropriately, and ensure their accurate registration. This includes reconciling monthly statements and transactions. Additionally, you will maintain communication with our suppliers regarding invoicing matters.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Verifying and processing invoices. Collaborating with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies. Enhancing the current system for optimal efficiency. Compiling management reports. Managing intercompany supplier reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies. Assisting with periodic financial closings.A global role from our Rotterdam office.
