Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of groundworkers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
