Main Responsibilities- Manage purchase orders for the commercial organization in the Netherlands through relevant systems.
- Act as a master in payments, providing full onboarding and training.
- Deliver insights to business colleagues for budget planning by tracking payments of invoices on a regular basis.
- Resolve and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, escalating problems if necessary.
- Explain processes to colleagues and vendors.
- Provide logistic and administrative support during internal and external meeting planning.
- Responsible for placing communication on our local intranet and screens.
- Support streamlining communication channels internally.
- Handle sensitive and confidential correspondence appropriately.
- Provide other general administrative support.
- You are an autonomous and proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and a service-minded approach.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and are flexible in adapting to changing business needs.
- You have at least 2+ years of experience as an Assistant in administrative services and financial management.
- You are proficient in administrative systems, including MS Office and SAP (Ariba Buy on Demand).
- You are fluent in Dutch and possess working business English language skills.
