About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and follow up on leads generated through our website, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.
  • Identify and source qualified freelancers for interim positions, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and freelancers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring seamless collaboration with our team.
  • Report directly to our Management Team, providing regular updates on sales performance and progress.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance to a Team Lead role.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of sales processes and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, employees, and freelancers.
  • A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends, with a good command of the Dutch and English languages.
  • Able to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of HBO working and thinking level, with a strong educational background in a relevant field.
