About the Role

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Transmission & Distribution team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering projects that improve the quality of life for our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed-upon parameters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the transmission and distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
