Technology Specialist

We are seeking a talented Technology Specialist to join our Electric Propulsion Systems team at Damen Workboats. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and standardization of modular and scalable system families, variants, and options covering the needs of our complete Damen Workboats portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage concept development projects in a multi-disciplinary team
- Set requirements for technology by considering business needs and market opportunities
- Contribute to the engineering process by developing required deliverables, such as system definition documents, specifications, and functional descriptions
- Guide the development of technology with suppliers and partners by setting needs and requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrable knowledge of the specific technical domain in a relevant industry
- Experience with the application of Systems Engineering principles
