As a Senior Credit Risk Management Specialist at STAFIDE, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of BASEL II/III programs with a strong understanding of CRR3 and CRD V. You will design and implement enterprise data platforms, ensuring seamless data ingestion, transformation, and integration. Your expertise will drive the creation of conceptual, logical, and physical data models to meet business needs. You will develop and optimize processes, IT systems, and data management strategies. Additionally, you will provide expert consulting on credit risk reporting, processes, data, and application management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements.

What You Bring to the Table:

* 8–10 years of experience in Credit Risk Management, with a focus on BASEL II/III implementation.
* Expertise in enterprise data platform design, data ingestion, and data integration processes.
* Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling techniques.
* Experience in designing and implementing IT systems and data management strategies.
* Excellent consulting and analytical skills, particularly in reporting, processes, data, and applications.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You should possess the ability to:
