Position Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for Zimmer Biomet's customers in the Benelux region. This position involves facilitating effective communication, support, and coordination between clients, the Sales team, and the broader Customer Experience department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering commercial and administrative assistance for all sales-related activities concerning clients.
  • Acting as the primary communication link between the Sales team, back office, and customers.
  • Processing orders and managing reservations for surgical instruments.
  • Overseeing Order Management, including accurate delivery timelines, pricing details, and order statuses.
  • Allocating products efficiently.
  • Addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Coordinating immediate product deliveries and transfers.
  • Managing order entry and verifying pricing agreements and conditions.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of French is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional proactive communication abilities.
  • Strong drive and persistence in achieving goals.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on responsiveness.
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to changing situations.
Preferred Background
  • Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service setting.
  • Understanding of product, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Experience in production planning is a plus.
  • Proficient in IT applications (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Educational background in Business or Administration (MBO/HBO) or equivalent professional experience.
