Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and flexible Front Office Receptionist to join our team for 2-3 days a week. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, answering emails and phone calls, and performing some cleaning tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy reception area
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights
