Field Project Coordinator Netherlands

We are seeking a skilled Field Project Coordinator to collaborate with our customers in the Netherlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing projects in the Netherlands, consistent with our company strategy and objectives. This involves engaging with pharmacists, managing key decision-makers, and implementing operational projects as agreed with hospital management leads and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with and manage key decision-makers/customers (pharmacists) in the Netherlands.
  • Implement the strategy with operational projects as agreed with hospital management leads and product managers.
  • Follow up on healthcare improvement projects in line with product strategy.
  • Organize cross-functional meetings to exchange information and follow up on actions.
  • Search, gather, and analyze relevant information regarding competition, first-line cooperations, government policies, and target group behavior.
  • Analyze the market and environment to evaluate potential projects.
  • Act as a strong team player and contributor to share best practices and reinforce engagement expertise.
  • Effectively prioritize time, activities, and resources to optimize accounts with the greatest potential.

Requirements:

  • Successful field sales experience (primary care); prior key account management experience is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of national/local healthcare systems.
  • Good network within pharmacies.
