About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing testing strategies, leading our QA capability, and ensuring the quality of our services.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have several years of experience in Testing and Test Automation, as well as expertise in setting up test strategies. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD tooling is also essential. Experience working in Agile environments and with cloud platforms like AWS is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement testing strategies for new Value Streams
- Lead our QA capability and plan for better quality in our solutions
- Manage testing capacity for performance and penetration testing
- Collaborate across teams and members within Knab
- Coach and guide junior QA engineers
