GTM Manager - Integrated Marketing Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled GTM Manager to lead our integrated marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seasonal Marketing Calendar Planning:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategy.
- Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams to synchronize marketing activities with aligned product focus and seasonal timelines.
- B2B Market Launch:
- Create seasonal third-party sell-in tools, including lookbooks, line sheets, and product catalogs, to support wholesale partners and retailers.
- Develop and implement B2B marketing programs and guidelines to enhance brand presentation and drive sales through third-party channels.
- Seasonal Marketing Programs & Guidelines:
- Design and oversee the creation of seasonal marketing programs that provide clear guidelines for 3rd parties, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with external partners to tailor programs to specific markets, channels, and retail environments.
- Campaign Management:
- Lead the end-to-end process of seasonal campaign development, starting with the creation of a cross-functional brief, working closely with marketing, channels, and market research manager.
- Oversee the production and delivery of a final 360-degree campaign, ensuring its effective translation across the media mix, including digital, print, social media, and in-store channels.
- Post-campaign, create consolidated recaps of the results across the media and channel mix, including product sell-through. Present and share results with stakeholders.
- Product and Category Marketing Roadmaps:
- Develop and manage marketing roadmaps for key products and categories, aligning them with overall brand and business objectives.
- Monitor and adjust roadmaps based on market feedback, sales performance, and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a GTM, product marketing, or brand management role within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record in managing complex marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Skills:
- Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and analytics.
- Attributes:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and with external partners.
- Adaptable and proactive in responding to market changes and challenges.
