About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Marketing Procurement Intern to join our team in Hoofddorp, NL. As a key member of the Global Marketing Services Procurement Team, you will be responsible for supporting the sourcing team on various activities, with a focus on data collection and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sourcing team on markets analysis and benchmarks
  • Help develop and align new global sourcing strategies across countries and track implementation of new processes and tools
  • Support on global and regional projects: tenders, e-auction, associated remuneration models and framework agreements
  • Produce dashboards of savings and other relevant information within the regions and globally
  • Support local procurement teams on building business cases and engaging stakeholders
  • Support the roll out of key ad tech/mar tech solutions as part of Danone's digital transformation
  • Support buyers in establishing and implementing Sustainability projects
  • Monitor quality of service and performance of key suppliers, including distribution of service level performance survey and analysis of results
About You

We are looking for a Bachelor or Master student with majors in Procurement, Sales, and/or Marketing. You should have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, an analytical mindset, and be able to structure and make sense of data to take action. You should also be proactive, fun, and curious, and able to work in a team but also independently.

Compulsory requirements include being enrolled as a Bachelor/Master student during the whole internship period, being available to start in October 2024 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week, being fluent in English, and being able to work from Hoofddorp, NL. Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

What We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

In the Netherlands, we also offer a hybrid working environment which enables each team to meet our people's desire for flexibility.
