Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring seamless implementation of our software solutions.
  • Lead online and on-site training sessions for the implementation phase, empowering clients to get the most out of our products.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with existing clients, scheduling and conducting sales meetings to identify new opportunities and expand collaboration.
  • Build and retain long-term customer relationships, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, sharing expertise and best practices to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch or fluent English language skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients and provide compelling value propositions.
  • Ambitious and results-driven attitude, with a strong ownership mindset to drive sales performance.
  • Relevant higher education or equivalent business knowledge to understand various organizations and stakeholders.
  • Sharp sales-oriented mindset, with a curiosity for software technology and SaaS business.
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets, driving business growth and success.
