Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Olympia. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving internal issues, providing advice on potential adjustments and improvements, and analyzing end-to-end processes and associated data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visualize the performance of our end-to-end processes by using or improving existing solutions, or by creating new dashboards at various levels within the organization.
  • Identify issues in the end-to-end process, whether noticed through a business inquiry, revealed by our business results, or proactively signaled by you.
  • Investigate issues; after identifying internal problems and concerns, you report them to the relevant department or parties. You deliver detailed reports that can assist management and teams in finding solutions.
  • Recommend solutions; following your research and evaluation, you advise management on defining and improving KPIs. You can also consider restructuring the number or type of KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team; as an Operations Analyst, you can make a real impact by working with others. Whether you're a leader or a team member, you work alongside other analysts, the operational excellence team, and colleagues from various departments.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Data (Science), Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: data analysis within Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality.
  • Experience with forecasting, working in a complex data environment, and performing data analysis.
  • Knowledge of software services such as Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and SAP is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (pivot tables and macros) is a must.
  • Proven experience in improving internal processes and translating improvement points within the organization into concrete actions.
