Job Title: Outbound Transportation Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Transportation Analyst to join our Transportation team at Michael Kors. As an Outbound Transportation Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our outbound transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of our products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain transportation management reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and costs.
  • Collaborate with the transportation team to improve reporting and results.
  • Participate in Quarterly revenue recognition calls to update the business on our financial targets.
  • Prepare management reports related to ad hoc requests.
  • Drive and manage Data2Logistics, especially related to Data2Resolve.
  • Invoice management for all brands.
  • Maintain regular outbound reports.
  • Support on claims towards carriers.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Initiate data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis and transportation management.
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge or experience in SAP, RLM, Manhattan WMI or equivalent systems.
  • Advanced verbal and written command of English.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
