Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, FP&A, to partner with our Real Estate, Customer Experience, HR, IT, Procurement, Risk Management, and Finance teams to develop, maintain, and deliver annual and multi-year plans and forecasts for our EMEA division. As a key business partner, you'll drive the translation of rapid business growth into corresponding financial impact, provide support for initiatives focused on improving expenditure efficiencies and customer experience, and identify process and productivity improvement projects within business and finance organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans by country and department, working closely with global and divisional teams.
  • Drive and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and presentations for international leadership and global finance, including variance analysis at a country and department level to identify and interpret meaningful trends and propose action plans for improvement.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Implement and enhance procedures for internal accounting and cost monitoring.
  • Develop region-specific profitability plans and forecasts, analyzing performance in coordination with country heads and division leads, with P&L responsibility from end-to-end.
  • Identify and drive operating improvements, deep dive into cost structures, build and develop better analysis frameworks, and improve techniques, tools, and technology to innovate and automate.
  • Support business partnering on key business priorities and strategic initiatives, ad-hoc projects, system integrations, and other major change management impacting finance teams.
  • Perform ROI analysis and scenario modeling on capital investments.
  • Foster the development and mentorship of team members through onboarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities, and performance management processes. Build and maintain employee morale and motivation, ensuring the team is appropriately staffed with required competences.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 8+ years of experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibilities, with strong FP&A (business controls) expertise.
  • Prior experience in accounting (financial controls) would be a significant plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience preparing and presenting financial advice and counseling to senior P&L/business owners.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership (people/process management experience).
  • Experience in leading decision-making, goal setting, and profit improvement initiatives.
  • Superb interpersonal skills. Team player who thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to juggle priorities effectively, meeting strict deadlines, and build relationships across all areas.
  • Capacity to challenge Executive members, BU, and functional leaders with a business partnering mindset.
  • Experience in FMCG or Retail is a plus (but not necessary).
  • Experience in advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical capabilities with the ability to model new growth scenarios to help business partners make sound financial decisions.
  • Able to foster accountability and empowerment in a supportive, collaborative, energized team-centric work environment.
