About the Role
The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Controller will play a key role in the ASML finance organization, working within the Business Insights & Control team. This position will interact with various departments in and outside of finance, reporting to the team lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a controller, interacting with other controllers and business counterparts for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
- Coordinate and execute periodical planning and performance management cycles.
- Drive adoption of insight-based, high-quality decision making throughout ASML.
- Partner with the business to drive optimal Cost of Goods decision making.
- Drive optimization and improvement of processes and policies, standardization of worldwide reporting, and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information.
- Management reporting and analysis.
- Drive the Sourcing community in cost-down initiatives by participating in business improvement projects and validating business cases.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with CPA and/or MBA, preferred.
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in Finance roles, including at least 5 years in Finance Business Partnering as part of a Management Team, in large-size international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.
- Experience with working in a matrix organization.
- Ability and experience of effectively communicating and influencing across all levels of a large global organization.
