About the Role

Vandebron is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Loyalty Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy & Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a loyalty program that drives customer retention and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Loyalty Program: Conceptualize and drive the development of a loyalty program that aligns with Vandebron's mission and goals.
  • Lead Project Team: Lead a project team to implement the loyalty program, working closely with Marketing, Proposition, Commerce, CRM, and Product teams.
  • Initiate Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with sustainable brands to enhance the loyalty program and drive positive societal impact.
  • Continuously Improve: Analyze consumer insights and iterate on the program to maintain and improve its effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about contributing to Vandebron's mission and making a positive impact.
  • Loyalty Expert: 8+ years of experience in digital loyalty marketing, partnerships, and community building, with a proven track record of setting up and managing loyalty programs.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to lead a project team without being a team manager.
  • Energy Market Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the energy industry.
