Electrical Systems Integration Manager

Your role will involve the complete integration of complex electrical systems.

The successful candidate will lead the engineering process, interact with engineering partners, and maintain contact with counterparts at clients, suppliers, and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing detailed technical specifications for the electrical systems and equipment, as well as assessing supplier specifications;
  • Developing preliminary one-line diagrams, load balances, panel, and cable tray arrangements;
  • Coordinating interfaces and system integrations with other disciplines and co-makers;
  • Managing the technical and organizational scope of multiple projects, including various engineering teams;
  • Leading an engineering team per project, overseeing E&A Engineers, and ensuring project goals are met;
  • Supporting national authorities, classes, and clients during the approval process.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Master good communication skills in English, preferably also in Dutch;
  • Have experience in the functional development of Electrification and/or Control and Monitoring systems;
  • Be result-oriented, initiative, and possess management skills and patience.
