About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers on Medtronic Diabetes products, ensuring they receive safe and reliable service.
- Responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of customer service or support experience in a contact centre, office, or helpdesk environment.
- Strong oral and written language skills in German and English.
- Effective multi-tasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks.
