About the Role

The Website Manager will oversee multiple branded websites within the Accell Group portfolio, ensuring they become the online flagship destinations. This role demands ownership and entrepreneurial spirit, making essential decisions that directly impact the website's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Ownership: Own the consumer journey on the website, translating it with internal teams and external suppliers into UX/UI, and regularly updating website content to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Content Management: Publish content across various web pages, create new pages, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, while publishing content in a SEO-friendly way.
  • Product & Dealer Information: Update product and dealer information as needed, including publishing new products and dealer partnerships.
  • Merchandising & UX: Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in navigation, layout, and functionality.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical issues promptly, coordinating with developers or IT support to resolve website-related problems.
  • Feature Development: Work with Product Owners to feedback on new feature development, enable user testing, and more.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance against targets on soft KPIs, surface actionable insights, and create a data-driven roadmap to improve performance.
  • Security Management: Maintain website security measures, including regular backups, software updates, and vulnerability assessments, to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align website strategies with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
  • SEO Webmaster: Collaborate with SEO specialists and the development team to ensure the website is managed in line with technical SEO best practices.

Your Stakeholders

  • The Branding Team: Ensure the marketing calendar and branding ethos are reflected on the website.
  • The Technical Teams: Ensure the website is functional, working with POs, developers, UX experts, and more.
  • The Data Team: Ensure the right level of data is available to make decisions at speed.
  • The Digital Marketing Team: Ensure the website supports the trafficking strategy and vice versa.
