Our Team
As an Experienced IT Support Specialist, you will join the IT Services Team within the IT Functions and Foundations division. This role places you in a collaborative environment with a dedicated group of 1st line support engineers. The broader team includes 1st and 2nd line process managers, functional application management, and system engineers. Together, you will ensure the digital workspace is effectively maintained for all employees, with guidance from your IT Chapter Lead to support your professional growth and daily operations.
At Knab, we operate through Value Streams that encompass various Scrum teams, operational departments, and support functions. Our structure allows us to focus on our Customer Propositions, ensuring a streamlined and efficient delivery of services.
Your Qualifications

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), and Microsoft Suite (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange)
- Experience in troubleshooting incidents on Windows and Mac platforms
- ITIL Certification
- Understanding of role-based access control
- Experience with ticketing systems
