Job Overview

Fugro is seeking a dedicated Training Quality Assurance officer to support our educational/training staff and ensure high-quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our training staff and maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the Fugro Academy Technical Training staff in the development, administration, review, update, and maintenance of standardized documentation, protocols, and policies.
  • Ensure that training outcomes align with required competencies.
  • Manage document control for all Technical Training documentation within our SharePoint page.
  • Support the Fugro Academy micro-credentialing process and administration, and assist Technical Trainers with assessment of course attendees when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Technical Trainers in the design of training course syllabi/modules and the development of lesson plans, training course content, and material, as well as exercises.
  • Develop and publish a Technical Training Assessment protocol and policies document, and assist Technical Trainers in developing and administering assessments/evaluations within their courses.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with relevant working experience in a similar and related role.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and knowledge of standards and regulations.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
