Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our THS (Thermon Heating Systems) projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies and objectives, ensuring understanding of contractual and financial requirements.
  • Manage project scope and changes, overseeing project performance, including safety, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Direct and monitor engineering plans and deliverables, facilitating design reviews and technical assessments.
  • Monitor subcontractors and ensure QHSE compliance, overseeing costing, invoicing, and gross margin.
  • Facilitate risk management and project control, providing leadership and maintaining client relationships.
  • Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing project management, with experience working with EPC contractors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation.
  • Excellent English and local language skills, both written and verbal.
