Innovative Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Fugro. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging product development and project delivery, driving business value and contributing to long-term growth and success for our service line.
Key Responsibilities- Define and share the portfolio vision and manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and optimization.
- Define requirements and goals for each relevant product.
- Support and engage with innovation/design teams, asset management, and operating entities to prioritize the right capabilities and resources for the product to excel.
- For new and renewed products used on a global scale, support the creation of user stories, ensure that assumptions and designs are validated, and steer prioritization of backlog among development teams.
- Assist in defining innovation- and fabrication budgets, including monitoring and reporting requirements set for internal and external developments.
- Understand clients' needs and establish business cases in alignment with our group guidelines, considering expected returns, competitors, and market outlook.
- Define and track key product performance metrics, stimulate detailed analysis on asset integrity and process requirements.
- Promote an agile mindset and facilitate regular reviews allowing continuous improvement and adaptation based on client and user feedback or changing market dynamics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business, or a related field.
- Passion for mechatronics and small sensor technologies, with affiliation with Geotechnical investigation and testing, and international standard sets within our domain (ISO).
- Track record in product management of integrated systems, preferably in a technology or asset management domain.
- Ability to define and deliver business value and control the value against cost over time.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
