About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to fill this critical position. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of sales engineers, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through new business development and existing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the flow control industry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also possess a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing teams, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and driving business results.

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
