Our European R&D team in Wroclaw, Poland is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Salesforce Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering cutting-edge products. Working collaboratively with high-caliber teams across Europe, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services.
Role Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing key changes related to legacy automation (Workflows, Process Builders) and API version upgrades in Salesforce. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions to modern automation solutions and up-to-date API versions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment & Planning:
- Analyze existing Workflows, Process Builders, and API integrations to identify required changes.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Functional Architect and business teams to understand current needs.
- Develop a migration plan for transitioning legacy automation to Flow and updating API versions while minimizing business disruption.
- Execution & Development:
- Migrate Workflows and Process Builders to Flows, ensuring improved efficiency and maintainability.
- Prepare documentation describing newly implemented automations and integration-related changes.
- Upgrade API versions across integrations, Apex classes, and external system connections.
- Omit redundant or outdated processes to optimize automation logic.
- Perform necessary testing (unit testing, regression testing, UAT) to ensure functionality remains intact post-migration.
- Governance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all changes comply with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation updates and API changes.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, schedule-triggered, screen flows).
- Experience migrating Workflows & Process Builders to Flow.
