About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Picnic, Europe's fastest growing online supermarket. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving innovation across our operations in three countries.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Innovation: You'll be hands-on in this role from day one, identifying new commercial opportunities based on data and developing algorithms to spot damaged products before they leave the warehouse.
  • Developing Solutions: You'll work on developing forecasting models to predict customer demand, improving planning and routing algorithms in our supply-chain systems, and identifying areas for process improvements.
  • Collaborating with Teams: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver results.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent quantitative study.
  • Work Experience: 0-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up, scale-up, or business consulting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective way. Proficiency in SQL and Python is required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
