HR Data Analyst Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze HR data to develop insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • Provide data analysis support for various HR-related projects, including recruitment, labor conditions, career planning, and headcount.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to stakeholders, ensuring a clear and compelling narrative.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR data management or analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch labor law and HR processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of payroll management.
  • Analytical mind and attention to detail.
