At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we empower individuals to excel in their roles and contribute to our organization's success. We are seeking a talented Learning & Development Intern to join our Customer Success department, focusing on soft skills development in our customer-facing roles.

The Learning Specialist will collaborate with our Quality team and Learning & Development Community in FMS Europe to drive our role-based development roadmap. This role involves coordinating blended learning delivery of onboarding and soft skills sessions related to our existing learning paths. The position also allows for the design and structure of soft skills development tailored to the candidate's skillset and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of adult learning principles to develop and deliver experiential, high-impact training and learning solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of course content as needed.
  • Serve as an interface to streamline soft skill training content and delivery, ensuring alignment with adult learning methodologies.
  • Create an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the organization's core values, mission, and purpose.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Learning and Development, or Human Resources Management; or a related field is a plus.
  • Background in training and organizational development, including knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Ability to identify training needs, develop training content, and deliver training programs.
  • Data-driven decision making in learning interventions.
  • Project management/organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems, and processes.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout the organization.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience using content design software such as Camtasia, Captivate, or Articulate is a plus.
