Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized EMEA Sourcing Coordinator to join our team at Arrow Electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of all category strategies in accordance with the approved plan, working closely with the Strategic Sourcing Category Lead and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of category strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers that meet company sourcing strategies and needs, assessing their risk, maturity, capability, and capacity.
  • Obtain information from suppliers regarding product and/or service specifications, price, delivery dates, and other relevant details.
  • Drive vendor onboarding activities, including training and assistance in the utilization/management of the source-to-pay (S2P) platform.
  • Monitor and manage vendor compliance with policies and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
  • May require specific certifications.
