Als Technical Specification Engineer bent u verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van technische specificaties voor leveranciers en onderaannemers op basis van klant- en ontwerpeisen. U werkt in close samenwerking met de aankoopafdeling aan de technische beoordeling van offertes van leveranciers. U zorgt ervoor dat alle toepasselijke eisen van klanten en wettelijke instanties worden nageleefd. U neemt deel aan technische discussies om vergelijkbare niveaus van conformiteit te bereiken voor concurrerende leveranciers van hetzelfde product en systeem en biedt een goede startpunt voor de commerciële onderhandeling. U verzamelt en beoordeelt technische informatie en documentatie van leveranciers, zoals mechanische tekeningen, schema's, berekeningen, elektrische diagrammen, etc. U integreert geleverde componenten en systemen in de schipbouw in close samenwerking met interne afdelingen, leveranciers, wettelijke instanties en eigenaar. U biedt input en updates voor het engineeringdatabase, zoals bestellingen, onderdelen, metadata en documentatie. U voert de vereiste technische berekeningen uit om de ontwerpvalidatie te valideren. U componeert technische en functionele specificatiedocumenten voor System Description Statements, HAT en SAT procedures. U controleert de technische prestaties van producten en systemen, zoals inspectie van apparaten op leverancierslocaties en FAT's. U biedt technische ondersteuning voor commissieactiviteiten. U zorgt voor een goed werkend relatie met technische vertegenwoordigers van leveranciers en onderaannemers. U neemt deel aan ontwerkontwerpen en -reviews om de vereiste kwaliteit te garanderen.

Je profiel
Als Technical Specification Engineer (Interim) moet u beschikken over de volgende kwalificaties en eigenschappen:

Bachelor of Master diploma gerelateerd aan de ingenieursdiscipline of bewezen werkervaring op basis van ervaring. Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in mechanische of maritieme ingenieurswerkzaamheden en met wettelijke instanties. Ervaring met en kennis van mechanische systemen, vooral in schepen, offshore of industriële installaties. In staat om te werken met en beheren van derde-partij leveranciers en onderaannemers. Goede beheersing van het (preferentievelijk) Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Uitstekende referenties en antecedenten als een voor-opleidingsscreening is standaard onderdeel van de selectieprocedure. Permanent EU-burgerschap en paspoort.
