We zijn op zoek naar een Technical Specification Engineer om ons team te versterken bij Novall Engineering Services. Als Technical Specification Engineer zullen uw sleutelverantwoordelijkheden zijn:

Het opstellen van technische specificaties voor leveranciers en subcontractoren op basis van de eisen van de klant en de ontwerptechniek.

Het uitvoeren van technische evaluaties van offertes van leveranciers in nauwe samenwerking met het aankoopafdeling.

Zorgen voor volledige overeenstemming met alle toepasselijke eisen van de klant en wettelijke instanties.


Deelnemen aan technische discussies om vergelijkbare niveaus van overeenstemming te bereiken voor concurrerende leveranciers van hetzelfde product en systeem en een goed startpunt te bieden voor de commerciële onderhandeling.



Het verkrijgen en beoordelen van technische informatie en documentatie van leveranciers, zoals mechanische tekeningen, schemata, berekeningen, elektrische diagrammen, enz.


Integreren van geleverde componenten en systemen in schipontwerp in nauwe samenwerking met interne afdelingen, leveranciers, wettelijke instanties en eigenaar.



Het bieden van input en updates voor het engineeringdatabase, zoals bestellingen, onderdelen, metadata en documentatie.

Het uitvoeren van benodigde technische berekeningen om de ontwerpvalidatie te valideren.

Het samenstellen van technische en functionele specificatiedocumenten voor Systeem Beschrijvingsverklaringen, HAT en SAT-procedures.

Het controleren van de technische prestaties van producten en systemen, zoals inspectie van apparaten bij leverancierslocatie, en FAT's.

Het bieden van technische ondersteuning voor opstartactiviteiten.

Zorgen voor een goed werkrelatie met technische vertegenwoordigers van leveranciers en subcontractoren.

Deelnemen aan ontwerkontwerpen en reviews om de vereiste kwaliteit te garanderen.


Als Technical Specification Engineer (Interim), beschikt u over de volgende kwalificaties en eigenschappen:

Bachelor- of masterdiploma gerelateerd aan de ingenieursdiscipline of bewezen werkvaardigheden op basis van ervaring.

Ten minste drie jaar ervaring in mechanische of maritieme ingenieurswerkzaamheden en met wettelijke instanties.

Ervaring met en kennis van mechanische systemen, voornamelijk in schepen, offshore of industriële installaties.

In staat om te werken met en te beheren van derde-partij leveranciers en subcontractoren.

Goede beheersing van het (voorkeurs) Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

Uitstekende referenties en antecedenten, aangezien een voor-uitgangsscreening op de sollicitatieprocedure is verplicht.
