As a Fragrance Specialist, you will embody the image, products, and culture of Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, exceeding customer expectations within this ultra-luxury brand. Essential skills include extraordinary customer service, excellent product knowledge, a talent for storytelling, and the drive to achieve sales targets.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in the high-end beauty sector)
  • Fragrance is not only your passion, you are also a true 'connoisseur'
  • Service expertise in a luxurious environment: able to provide inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're a natural-born storyteller
  • Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and during special events
  • Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
